Nancy Lehrer and her husband, Bob, fell in love with Santa Fe during a visit in 1994. Enchanted by the "Land of Enchantment,” they immediately decided to make it their home. They purchased a lot, hired an architect and builder, and began building their dream home.
Prior to moving to Santa Fe in 1995, Nancy held various managerial positions with AT&T in Kansas City, MO and White Plains, NY. After 18 years, she made a career change to real estate sales and joined Sotheby's International Realty in Westchester County, NY where she was a broker for 10 years. Nancy retired after they moved to Santa Fe & traveled with her husband. Some of their most memorable trips … Alaska, Europe, Antarctica, the Galapagos, Peru, Machu Picchu, Fiji, Mexico, and various islands in the Caribbean.
In June 2009, Nancy returned to work as a full-time real estate broker. Altogether, Nancy has 21 years of real estate experience. She is organized, detailed oriented, proficient in negotiations, and committed to her clients through all phases of the selling and buying process from acceptance through closing.
