Diane has over 22 years of experience in International Business Development, sales and marketing, working within the Computer Software Industry and Telecommunications.

Known for her ability to identify and build strategic bus/dev/sales/marketing alliances and partnerships, solidifying deals while managing the relationships like no one else can!

Diane uses an out of the box proactive, yet tenaciously polite style in everything she takes on. Diane applies the same strong skills in what she calls the ART of Real Estate Services.

Her International Business travels took her to Ireland, England, Germany, France, Austria,

Switzerland, India and Japan. Many of the clients she worked with continued a relationship with her as she offered relocation services to the companies as they entered the U.S market. She maintains these ties and friendships today with Irish, German, French, Japanese, China and India based businesses, as well as several Canadian based companies.

While living and working in the Tri Cities area, (Fremont, Newark, Union City) Diane found that local artists needed help finding places to present and market their work. On a volunteer basis, Diane founded and ran a gallery within Paddys Coffeehouse. The gallery would host 10 -12 shows a year. Along with the gallery " she founded the Fall Festival of the Arts, held in a city park each year. Artists, dancers, local yoga studios, musicians, food vendors and vintners support the event.
