Diana Boutin has been a Realtor specializing in acquisitions of estates and fine homes for 21 years. Her successful career of two decades began in Montecito, CA and several years ago, she returned to her beloved Santa Fe and the Land of Enchantment. She continues to be licensed in both CA in addition to NM allowing her to maintain and serve clients from both Montecito, Santa Barbara, and Santa Fe.
Much of Diana’s life experience has been greatly influenced by residing in a variety of places, including Washington DC, California, Florida, Alaska, New Mexico, and Bavaria, Germany. These experiences and exposure to different cultures and ways of life, has provided her with a keen perception of human nature which translates into a knowledge of relating to her clients in a very real way. She cares about her clients and is dedicated to assisting them in reaching successful real estate goals.
In 1991, Diana founded DB Marketing, an advertising and marketing company, where she had the pleasure of working closely with many of the fine art galleries in the Southwest with particular focus in Santa Fe. Because of her schooling and travels in Europe, she has the advantage of knowledge for European and early 20th century American fine art plus ancient and current architecture which has provided a sophisticated foundation for her work in real estate.
